Currently, I'm serving as the President of the Greater Chapel Hill Association of REALTORS and a Broker/REALTOR with Terra Nova. I'm also a Director of the NC Association of REALTORS (NCAR) and a past member of the Board of Directors of Orange County Habitat for Humanity. I received the 2005 NCAR Rising Star Award and am an active member of the Chapel Hill and Durham communities. I have a family history in real estate and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University. I enjoy combining my scientific problem solving background and sales and marketing experience to provide superior service to my clients. Though I work with residential, Green, commercial and international real estate, I have bit of a “soft spot” for older, historic homes. My family and I are in the process of renovating our second historic home near Downtown Durham.
